Not only was I able to get a same day quote, Quality Carpet was able to do the work the very next day for a very affordable price. We just moved into a new home with brand new carpet. To our surprise our old cat peed on the carpet in a room. Quality Carpet was able to treat the floor, change the carpet pad and replace a portion of the carpet as if it never happened. We will definitely use them again in the future. I should also mention that Christina didn’t try to sell me on changing the whole carpet. She sold me on doing what was best and needed for our small project (small patch repair using left over carpet we already had). She also didn’t treat us as an inconvenience for the project being small like other companies would do.
